Our Services
Physical Therapy Services
Receive care from a Board-Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy at every visit. Your therapist will:
Conduct a thorough evaluation and set measurable, individualized goals.
Develop and manage a tailored plan of care focused on your priorities—pain relief, mobility, strength, function, or return to sport/work.
Use evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate.
Monitor progress each visit, adjust interventions, and educate you on self-management strategies and injury prevention.
Coordinate with your physician or other healthcare providers when needed.
Soft Tissue Work

Objective tests: force, power, balance, and endurance to find strengths and weaknesses
Personalized, phased training plan: builds strength, increases power, lowers injury risk, and improves efficiency
Hands-on coaching: cues, corrective exercises, and technique work to improve sport performance
Regular monitoring: reassessments and data-based adjustments to ensure progress
Return-to-sport prep: sport-specific drills, load management, and readiness criteria for safe return

Pelvic pain syndromes: Treatment for provoked vestibulodynia, vaginismus, dyspareunia, vulvodynia, and chronic pelvic pain through manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and pain management strategies.
Prolapse management: Non-surgical care to reduce symptoms, improve pelvic support, and provide pessary education when appropriate.
Sexual dysfunction: Addressing pain, weakness, or coordination issues that interfere with sexual activity through manual therapy, behavioral modification, and pelvic floor retraining.
Post-surgical rehabilitation: Recovery planning and progressive rehabilitation following gynecologic or pelvic surgery.
What to expect
Comprehensive evaluation: Medical history, symptom review, postural and movement assessment, and internal and/or external pelvic floor assessment as clinically indicated and with informed consent.
Individualized care plan: Goals-driven sessions combining manual therapy, pelvic floor muscle training (strengthening and coordination), neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback when appropriate, therapeutic exercise, breathing and relaxation techniques, and activity modification.
Education and self-management: Instruction in home exercise progressions, bladder and bowel habit training, scar mobilization techniques, return-to-sport guidelines, and lifestyle strategies to support pelvic health.
Collaborative approach: Coordination with your OB/GYN, urologist, colorectal surgeon, pain specialist, or primary care provider when needed to ensure comprehensive care.
